ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Charles Jackson

Charles Jackson was born on November 15, 1959, in Atlanta, Georgia, at Hughes Spalding Hospital—just down from Grady Hospital, now part of Children’s Health Care of Atlanta. He entered the world weighing only two and a half pounds and just seven months along. Born en caul—with a veil over his body , a rare event occurring in about one in 80,000 live births—Charles carried from birth a mark of divine protection and spiritual purpose.

Spiritually gifted from a young age, Charles has felt God’s hand guiding him through every stage of life. His faith in God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit has been both a foundation and a lifeline, sustaining him through hardship and injustice.

This, his first book, tells the powerful story of how he overcame mental misdiagnoses, discrimination, and the collapse of relationships affected by misunderstanding and stigma. Through unwavering faith and spiritual strength, Charles found healing and purpose.

Today, Charles Jackson shares his journey not only as a proof of endurance but as a message of hope to others who struggle to be seen and understood. His story calls on individuals, communities, and the world to embrace compassion and faith—reminding us all that through God’s love, transformation is always possible. Amen.
